A Dynamic Digital Platform For Seamless Engagement
We collaborated closely with the team at Basketball Magic Australia to develop a brand platform and execute a transformative end-to-end customer relationship solution as part of the go-to-market strategy. At the heart of the solution has been developed using HubSpot’s AI-powered customer platform, which provides the team with all the tools needed for marketing, sales, and customer service, all in one place.
Central to the project was the creation of a dynamic new website built on HubSpot’s Content Hub. Designed and integrated to seamlessly connect with Basketball Magic Australia’s highly engaged community, the site now acts as a hub for content, communication, and growth.

We began with a deep-dive discovery process to define Basketball Magic Australia’s market positioning as “Australia’s Basketball Experience Experts.”
Using insights from stakeholder strategy workshops and market research, a comprehensive brand playbook has been produced. This includes value proposition, messaging framework and tone of voice guidelines tailored for an ambitious, globally connected audience.
