As a HubSpot integration partner, Now We Collide implemented the CRM platform, while integrating Humanatix as the ticketing and payment platform. HubSpot allows the NBA Basketball Australia team to gain a detailed understanding of their customer base while providing the ability to scale with ease over time.
HubSpot captures every interaction from the first website visit to program completion. When parents register their children through Humanitix, all details automatically flow into HubSpot, creating a complete picture of each family's engagement. The platform tracks participants as they progress from interested prospects to regular attendees, helping staff understand what motivates families to stay involved long-term.

When they launched, NBA Basketball Australia was located at a single state-of-the-art facility in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, but has quickly expanded to 6 locations nationally, including schools in Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
